The Metro Monorail
I've wanted to ride this one but the ride cost AU$4.50 dollars. Stupid me... I should have at least tried the one-day pass. It only costs AU$9.00! Well, looking at the bright side... at least I'll have something to do if I have the chance to go back there! he he... (I hope!)
The Travel Pass
It is very easy to roam around Sydney. You could opt for train, bus, ferry, and of course, taxi. By the way, if most taxis in the Philippines are Nissan-made and Toyoto-made, in Sydney, taxis are Ford-made.
The office was a bit far from the apartment so we had to go there by train. The company gave us travel allowance that was enough to purchase weekly Red TravelPass. This gave us unlimited weekly travel throughout designated zones through bus, ferry, and train. So, with no cost at all, we could go to any point in the red zone!
Sydney, being the Harbour City, really lived up to this epithet (this is the first time that I used this word. I hope the usage is correct. ^-^), so I enjoyed all the ferry-rides most!
